The Plymouth Arts Council develops opportunities for everyone — in theater, dance, music, literature, visual arts and more. We’re a community resource and outlet to share, learn, grow and express. We serve the residents and businesses of Plymouth, MN and neighboring communities. We’re an active partner with the city of Plymouth in realizing the full potential of the arts for the city.
